Important Policy Constraint:

Eligible units can select a combination of any three primary components (Capital Subsidy, Interest Subsidy, and Power Tariff Support). However, the cumulative incentive is capped at 35% of eFCI (Category B) and 45% of eFCI (Category A) of Eligible Fixed Capital Investment (eFCI).

100% Electricity Duty Exemption

Complete exemption from electricity duty payments for all eligible MSME units under government guidelines.

100% EPF Reimbursement

100% reimbursement of the employer's statutory EPF contribution for a period of 5 years.

Large-Scale Industry Incentives

Designed for industrial units exceeding MSME thresholds, this scheme focuses on Thrust & General Sectors across Category A and B Talukas.

Minimum Investment in Plant & Machinery must be INR 125 Crore.

Incentive Selection Rule:

Eligible units can choose a "Combination of any three" components from Capital Subsidy, Interest Subsidy, and Power Tariff Support.

Designed for extremely high-capital industrial setups. Subsidies are dispersed over 10-12 years with supplementary stamp duty benefits.

Mega Unit Requirements

  • Minimum Investment: INR 1,000 Crore.
  • Minimum Employment: 250 personnel in Thrust Sectors.
  • Scaling Factor: Additional employment of 50 people for every extra INR 200 Cr of investment.

Ultra-Mega Unit Requirements

  • Minimum Investment: INR 10,000 Crore.
  • Minimum Employment: 3,000 personnel in Thrust Sectors.
  • Scaling Factor: Additional employment of 500 people for every extra INR 5,000 Cr of investment.
