Eligible MSMEs receive structured capital subsidies, interest concessions, and power tariff relief categorized by taluka category.

Important Policy Constraint:
Eligible units can select a combination of any three primary components (Capital Subsidy, Interest Subsidy, and Power Tariff Support). However, the cumulative incentive is capped at 35% of eFCI (Category B) and 45% of eFCI (Category A) of Eligible Fixed Capital Investment (eFCI).

100% Electricity Duty Exemption
Complete exemption from electricity duty payments for all eligible MSME units under government guidelines.
100% EPF Reimbursement
100% reimbursement of the employer's statutory EPF contribution for a period of 5 years.
Large-Scale Industry Incentives
Designed for industrial units exceeding MSME thresholds, this scheme focuses on Thrust & General Sectors across Category A and B Talukas.
Large Unit Threshold Criteria
Minimum Investment in Plant & Machinery must be INR 125 Crore.
Incentive Selection Rule:
Eligible units can choose a "Combination of any three" components from Capital Subsidy, Interest Subsidy, and Power Tariff Support.
Category A Talukas (Incentive Structures)
Thrust Sectors 8-Year Disbursement Period
- Capital Subsidy: 25% of eFCI disbursed over 8 years.
- Interest Subsidy: 7% on Term Loan (Max 20% of eFCI).
- Power Tariff Subsidy: INR 2 per unit (Max 20% of eFCI).
General Sectors 10-Year Disbursement Period
- Capital Subsidy: 15% of eFCI disbursed over 10 years.
- Interest Subsidy: 7% on Term Loan (Max 15% of eFCI).
- Power Tariff Subsidy: INR 2 per unit (Max 15% of eFCI).
Category B Talukas (Incentive Structures)

Mega & Ultra-Mega Investment Incentives
Designed for extremely high-capital industrial setups. Subsidies are dispersed over 10-12 years with supplementary stamp duty benefits.
Mega Unit Requirements
- Minimum Investment: INR 1,000 Crore.
- Minimum Employment: 250 personnel in Thrust Sectors.
- Scaling Factor: Additional employment of 50 people for every extra INR 200 Cr of investment.
Ultra-Mega Unit Requirements
- Minimum Investment: INR 10,000 Crore.
- Minimum Employment: 3,000 personnel in Thrust Sectors.
- Scaling Factor: Additional employment of 500 people for every extra INR 5,000 Cr of investment.

Statutory Exemption Details

Monthly Sustenance Allowance
Early operational phase sustenance funding for eligible startups.
Paid for a maximum duration of 1 year.
Inclusion-Driven Bonus
